Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Reliable Retina Photography and our clients.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Photography Sessions

• Sessions will be conducted at the agreed-upon time and location
• Weather conditions may require rescheduling outdoor sessions
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
• Additional time beyond the agreed session length will incur extra charges

Image Delivery and Usage Rights

Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreements.

Copyright and Ownership

Reliable Retina Photography retains copyright of all images. We grant clients personal usage rights while reserving the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect the session or delivery of images.
